Late Arrival, No-Show, and Late Invoice Payment Policy

At One Stop Exam, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to every client.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid delays for others. If the phlebotomist has already arrived at your location, a $25 late fee may apply. Repeated late arrivals may result in prepayment requirements or a review of future scheduling privileges.

No-Shows
Missing an appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show. A $35 fee will be charged to cover travel and resources. Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay with an additional deposit for future services.

Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 late cancellation fee. Repeated short-notice cancellations may require prepayment with an additional deposit for future services.

Late Invoice Payments
Payment is due upon receipt unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices unpaid within two (2) business days will incur a $25 late fee and 0.5% daily interest until paid in full. Continued late payments may result in suspension of services.

Laboratory Errors
One Stop Exam is not responsible for errors, delays, or specimen issues after delivery to third-party laboratories. Ensure all lab information matches your government-issued ID to avoid delays. We may contact the lab as a courtesy, but ultimate responsibility lies with the testing facility.

Arrival Notice
Allow a 15-minute window prior to your appointment to account for traffic, weather, or rush-hour conditions. You will be notified promptly if a significant delay occurs.

Travel Fees

For locations beyond 15 miles from ZIP code 20772, a $20 travel fee applies for each additional 15 miles traveled.
This fee covers travel time, mileage, and fuel costs. If additional mileage fees are not added when scheduling the appointment, an updated invoice will be emailed to the client.
This invoice must be paid at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to confirm the booking.
Unpaid mileage invoices may result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling
