Paramedical Insurance Exam
A paramedical exam is an exam done by a paramedical examiner who visits the home or work place to usually record the client’s medical history, height, weight, blood pressure, pules, blood and urine test, body measurement, and depending on the agent, an EKG.
ASED Blood Draw $85
A phlebotomist will visit your home or workplace to collect a specimen. Most have a valid state or government ID. The specimen will be delivered to the ARC Point laboratory for processing.
Specimen Pick-up & Delivery $32
A phlebotomist visits the home or workplace, to pick-up the specimen and transport the specimen to the laboratory covered by insurance. Most phlebotomists have a current lab order and a copy of your insurance card.
Same Day Service additional $25
Appointments made on the same day as the appointment will be subject to an additional $25 fee. Please call (301) 818-1206 to schedule an appointment.
Order Your Own Test
Order your own lab tests. Thousand of test at your own discretion. Results are email to the patient.
Special Event Blood Draw $170
A phlebotomist will travel to an event and provide blood draw service for four hours. The price doesn’t include the lab fee or medical director fee. To discuss further details, please email info@onestopexam.com.
Standing Order Mobile Blood Draw $56
Standing order will be kept on file until the order expires. Blood draws will be collected at the patient’s home or office. Upon completion transport specimens to the laboratory covered by insurance or by mail using FedEx shipping.
Pediatric Blood Draw & Heel Stick $52
A phlebotomist will travel to the patient’s home or workplace to collect a specimen from the child’s heel or arm. Upon completion transport the specimen to the laboratory covered by insurance or mailed using FedEx shipping.
Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) Injection Blood Draw $56
A phlebotomist will visit your home or workplace to collect a specimen. Most have a valid state or government ID. The specimen will be delivered to the ARC Point laboratory for processing. After the drops are completed the phlebotomist will deliver the eye drops to the patient (within a 20-mile radius of ARCPoint Lab. Same-day appointments are available with an additional $35 fee.
ASED Blood Draw & Eye Drop Delivery $145
A phlebotomist will visit your home or workplace to collect a specimen. Most have a valid stat or government ID. The specimen will be delivered to the ARC Point laboratory for processing. After the drops are completed the phlebotomist will deliver the eye drops to the patient (within a 20-mile radius of ARC Point Lab. Same-day appointments are available with an additional $35 fee.

Specialty Blood
draw Kit $56
A phlebotomist will visit the patient’s home or workplace and identify the patient with a valid state or government ID and collect a specimen for specialty blood draw kit provided by the patient for such test but not limited to cancer screening, Lyme disease blood draw kits, and specialty vitamins blood draw kit. One Stop Exam has partnered with a few companies to provide specialty blood draw kits please call and speak to an associate. Centrifuge & process specimen if necessary and mail using FedEx shipping.
Phlebotomy Hands-On Refresher Class $160
Phlebotomy hands-on refresher class for staff of six or less of current medical assistants. Topics include order of draw, learning popular test and tube colors, finding difficult veins, phlebotomy safety and knowledge on a variety of venipuncture.
Stat Blood Draw $85
A phlebotomist visits the home or work place, to collect a specimen. Upon completing the collection transports the specimen directly to the laboratory covered by insurance. Results usually report within four hours of specimen delivery time, to the ordering physician.
DNA Collection Testing $56
A phlebotomist will visit the patient’s home or workplace and identify the patient with a valid state or government ID and collect a (blood) specimen or swab for a DNA collection kit (supplied by the patient). Upon completion mailed using FedEx shipping.
Facility Blood Draw $42
Live-in or nursing home facilities, a phlebotomist will travel to the facilities with three or more patients at the same facilities, to collect patients specimens with a valid state or government ID and lab order or prescription order. Upon completion transport the specimen to the laboratory covered by insurance or mail using FedEx shipping.
Vital Sign Measurement & Mobile Blood Draw $76
A medical assistant or phlebotomist will visit the patient’s home or workplace and will identify the patient with a valid state or government ID and record the patient’s blood pressure, weight, height, pulse and collect a specimen for a mobile blood draw and deliver the specimen to the lab of the patient’s choice. All results will be forward to the ordering physician.
Mobile Blood Glucose Test $26
A medical assistant or phlebotomist will visit the patient’s home or workplace and will identify the patient with a valid state or government ID and record the patient’s blood glucose screening through a finger stick. All results will be forward to the ordering physician. Any additional miles over 25 miles from 20772 will be a $15 fee applied every 15 miles.
Research Lab Blood Draw $56
A phlebotomist will travel to the facility to collect a specimen from volunteers who sign a release consent form.
Therapeutic Phlebotomy $145
A phlebotomist visits the home or work place, to collect 600 ml bag for therapeutic phlebotomy service (is a medical procedure in which blood is removed from the body to treat certain blood disorders like polycythemia vera or hemochromatosis). Any additional miles over 25 miles from 20772 will be a $15 fee applied every 15 miles. Patients must have a valid ID and phlebotomy lab order.
Vital Sign Screening $36
A medical assistant will visit the patient’s home or workplace and will identify the patient with a valid state or government ID and record the patient’s blood pressure, weight, height and pulse and forward it to the physician of the patient’s choice.
DOT & NON DOT Drug Screening $40
