what do you need to schedule a appointment?
1. ) Must have a valid lab order or prescription order.
2.) Must have valid insurance card and valid state or government Identification card.
3.) Must have access to email (info@onestopexam.com), fax (301) 381-9655) or text (301) 818-1206) lab order or prescription order, insurance card and identification card to One Stop Exam. ( Patient can also call the ordering physician and request the lab order be faxed to One Stop Exam at (301) 381-9655 )

do you have to fast ?
Yes, for a paramedical exam it is preferred the patient fast 4 hours prior to completing the exam. For fasting bloodwork It is best not to eat or drink other than water after 12am. You can drink as much water as you would like. (To find out if you have fasting bloodwork please fax or text the patient lab order or prescription order to One Stop Exam at (301) 381-9655 and call One Stop Exam at (301) 818-1206 and speak with an associate.
what area do we services ?
We service Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. Our mobile phlebotomist and medical assistant travel 15 miles from Upper Marlboro MD 20772. Any additional miles over 15 miles from 20772 will be a $20 fee will be applied every 15 miles.
do i need you medical insurance ?
Yes, for a single, stat and standing mobile blood draw medical insurances is necessary to cover the processing fee for the laboratory.
will you need a urine specimen ?
Yes, a fresh urine sample is required the day of the paramedical exam. To find out if your lab order requires a urine specimen, please fax the patient lab order or prescription order to (301) 381-9655 and call One Stop Exam at (301) 818 – 1206 and speak with a associate.
What's a single mobile blood draw ?
A single mobile blood draw is a routine blood draw or lab order that can only be use once and specialty blood draw kits. Specimen collection kits may include, but are not limited to: FRAT kits, Genova kits, Vibrant Wellness kits, IGeneX kits, NutrEval kits, Breast Milk Donation blood draw kits, ReproSource kits, Natera kits, Cyrex kits, Kidney Transplant blood draw kits, and Cancer Screening blood draw kits.
what's a standing mobile blood draw ?
A standing mobile blood draw is designed for patients with a standing lab order, meaning tests that are completed on a regular schedule (such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly) or as needed. Standing orders typically expire within six months and will be kept on file until expiration.
