We are licensed and insured company that provides mobile lab services to our clients. We are diligent in following all HIPPA rule and regulation & all staff are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Must have a current lab prescription or order and a copy of your insurance card and a state or government ID. All result will be forwarded to the ordering physician. Mask are required to be services.
